We have three membership levels — 新手村萌新Newbie, 可爱又迷人の铲宝, and 全村の希望

Everyone starts as a 新手村萌新Newbie, and it’s totally free to join!
- As a 新手村萌新Newbie, you earn 10 points for every RM1 you spend.
- Spend RM2500 in one year to become 可爱又迷人の铲宝 (12 points for every RM1).
- Spend RM5000 in one year to reach 全村の希望 (15 points for every RM1).
The more you shop, the faster you level up — and the more points you get!
Points Rules
- Your points last for 12 months.
- Points earned earlier will expire first — this follows the FIFO rule (First In, First Out).
- Points are calculated without shipping fees.
- Points will be added after your order shows “Delivered.”
- Points will be cancelled if an order is refunded, returned, or cancelled.
- Points cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash.
Membership Levels
- Membership levels are calculated every year.
- You need to spend the same amount again each year to keep your level. If you don’t, you’ll move back to the level that matches your total spending for the new year.
How To Use Your Points
- You need to have at least one paid item in your cart to use points.
- When you click “Redeem”, your reward will automatically appear in your cart.
- You can use more than one reward in the same order!
