Delivery
- In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
- Peak Seasons: During peak periods, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout.
Backorders
- Orders containing backordered items will be held until all items are in stock and then shipped together.
- If you would like to have your in-stock items shipped separately, please contact our customer service to arrange for a split shipment. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply.
Shipment & Responsibility
- Once your order has been shipped and the tracking number has been emailed or sent to you, the parcel is in the care of our third-party courier service.
